Dry skin , flaky skin
Hi My skin is very very dry I have tired tones of cream and moisturizer nothing hydrates my skin. It's getting colder in my area where I'm living. At first cetaphil moisturizer Lotion was doing good on my skin but now a days it doesn't hydrates my skin, getting rashes, and redspots but not pimples. . Please suggest me a good moisturizer for extreme dry skin. Thank you

You need to find if there is underlying eczema as only moisturisers don't cure it
Prescription medicines are needed in such a case
