Dry, scratchy throat during winter
Hi, I've been having a very dry and itchy throat over the last few days. This especially severe when I wake up in the morning and eases through the day. This has also lead to very mild cough and discomfort in the throat. What can be done to avoid this unpleasant feeling in the throat?

Improve your water intake. Keep sipping on water throughout the day.  Avoid sugary drinks and sodas. If you have an underlying allergy or acidity that may need to be treated. Warm Salt water gargles can help with the discomfort.
