Dry Scalp - Can I use natural shampoo?

Hi, I have dry scalp. I went to the doctor a couple of time and try different products but it keeps coming back. It is really annoying and itchy, plus it is very visible. I was wondering, if I start to use shampoo free of sulphate, parabens and silicons is going to be worst or it may helps? Thank you very much
