Hi,
I have dry rashes on one part of my upper lip. I consulted a dermatologist. She said it was dermatitis and has given me an ointment. It works. The rash goes, but comes back again after a week. It's only on one area in the upper lip and it's the same place where it keeps coming. This has happened only in the last few months. Is there a different toothpaste I can use or anything specific I should avoid. Can this happen due to the weather. Please advice.
