Dry palm & peeling skin
My hands generally become dry for a couple of days when seasons change, but this time it has been weeks.
Moisturizing creams aren't helping either, please suggest how to clear the area of dryness, presently I've to peel dead skin myself else they just keep hanging

Thanks for the query. This presentation can be seen in many disease like a superficial fungal infection or a contact dermatitis. Sometimes it is just seasonal exfoliation in certain prone patients and a moisturizer will suffice. However a thorough history, clinical examination and appropriate laboratory tests will be needed to solve the mystery. Consider seeing a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
