Dry nose and throat
I 'm 39 yrs old and 32 weeks pregnant.facing problem of sleepless nights bczof dry nose and throat from last 2-3 days ...too much redness inside nose and throat.some blood is also there inside nose.. Whn i applied coconut oil inside nose it starts sm kind of burning sensation inside nose, throat and even inside ears. What it is and wht should i do...plz suggest sm remedies

Don't use coconut oil.. instead you can use saline nasal drops when required..
