I am facing issue of dry nose or throat. Currently i am on medication of vitamins and immunity boost medicines may be it is due to that

Dryness of nose and throat can occur normally during summer and it also can be due to medication use. You can try stopping those medications for few days. Also keep yourself hydrated with water and juices
