Dry nose and shortness of breath.
Hello sir/madam Recently I had nasal congestion and for that I took steam thrice leaving with no mucus. I also did skipping and running exercises and thereafter experiencing shortness in breath and dry nose. My nose got dried literally and dry air is coming from nose making me so pathetic. Not able to take fresh air outside. Able to smell. Please help me in this regard.

Increase in physical activity ( causes increase in the sympathetic stimulation) which might lead to dryness in mouth and nose
