Dry Mouth and Throat
Since past 6months I have been waking up with dry mouth and dry throat, after brushing and drinking lots of water it gets okay but why is this happening. Also sometimes my throat hurts especially below the Adam's apple. Is this something to worry?

Do u snore at night ? ... It can be that u are sleeping with ur mouth open ...that can cause dryness ... Need more details like height , weight , facial structure etc ... Include some physical exercise in ur daily routine , also consult an ent specialist
