Dry, itchy skin.
Am James an African from Uganda and I just moved to Pune (15 days ago) and I have noticed that my skin is overly itchy, scaly and dry. Increased my water intake but no significant improvement. This started with an itchy back area but it's now spreading along the chest, stomach and arms... Please help on what the problem is and what I should do to get better... Thank you
