Dry itchy nose with a history of surgery
I have dry and itchy nose last one week. Not because of the cold because i had same issue when i was in kerala. But last few days it is worse but i also had sinus surgery in June 2021.
I was diagnosed with non invasive aspergillosis. Ever since my nose started to feel dry and itchy i feel the same. I have severe allergies after coming back to india in 2019. Since then I struggled with this but worse in the last few months.

Consult as nose examination is necessary to see if there is crust in nose or recurrence of aspergillosis.
