Dry itching in body.

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have been experiencing dry itching without any reason in my body without any rashes and bumps for past 1.5 weeks. There is redness for a while and then the area returns to normal without any bumps before itching again after some time. It first started in the hip area and groin to my inner arms and thighs. It's a bit more in the nightime. There are no visible signs of any irritation or allergy except for itching. Is it a bacterial or fungal infection? Or symptoms of any skin disease?
