Asked for Female, 23 Years

Dry, splinted and cracked skin on only hand's finger tips. This problem is continuing from 7 months, I had consulted with doctors. One sad it is eczema and treated, other said pserosis. But none of the treatment worked. I think it started due to exposure of conc apple vinegar. My age 23yr.
