Majority of patients are having dry eyes due to excessive use of computers or mobile screen. Few tips :
1. Blink your eyes voluntarily frequently
2. No direct blower or AC or fan on eyes so that evaporation of normal tears is less
3. Screen to be approx 30 degrees lower than eye level so lids cover the exposed eye so less evaporation
4. Use lubricating eye drops depending on severity of dryness. There are many types of lubricant drops. You need to get correct one
5. Dietary supplements of omega 3 fatty acid helps sometimes
