What is the right method, duration and frequency/day to use warm.and cold compression for dry eyes. Also, which is better warm or cold or both? Is there any precautions? Any side effects?

Hi Warm and hot compresses both are good, it totally depend on the condition (eye ) for which they are done. Some eye conditions require warm and some cold. So, you need to consult opthalmologist and find out ideal compression for you.
