Dry eyes and myopia
Hello sir, I am having dry eyes problem and I am using artificial tear drop. but I want a permanent solution, I am also having myopia with -4.5 diopter, I don't want to wear spectacles, is there any option because lasik won't be an option I think because of dry eyes. sir please suggest me any other option I am just getting rid of it, I have also heard about orthokeratology lenses.

orthokeratolgy lens give temporary relief and will not suite you .please try rabampide eye drops  under the supervision of an ophthalmologist nearby.

Hello Dry eyes is relative contraindication Get your tear film break up time, schirmer test, fluorescein staining and tear osmolality test These tests will give us an idea if lasik can be done or not
