  4. Dry eyes and excessive blinking. Normal?

Dry eyes and excessive blinking
Is it normal to constantly blink, raise eyebrows and roll your eyes when your eyes hurt because they feel very dry? I do this many times everyday and have been doing this for a very long time. I don't know if it's out of habit but I just have an urge to do it. Is this normal?

Hi.. Some people do get into a habit of certain behavioural pattern , not necessarily due to some issue. Mostly , it is from childhood,  kind of a tick..or repeated movement. Many times in certain stress situation.it is quite difficult to get rid of it. For dryness,  try using lubricating drops 3/4 times.
