Left eye pain and eyebrow pain
From 2 months I have discomfort in left side of nose eyebrow and little pain in left eye. Got my eyes checked and everything is fine. Doctor said I have dry eyes. I'm using drops but still discomfort in left eye and eyebrow and nose is still present 24/7. Which increases after reading and writing a lot and using smartphone and going out.
I'm really tensed and worried .
This overthinking is now affecting my life.

Pl use systane ultra eye drops,2drops 3times a day. Drink sufficient water. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

It doesn't look like major issue.
while working on computer, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Blink more often.
Stay away from ac and fan.
Use drops advised by your doctor.
It should settle.
