Hi..dry eyes are caused by the deficiency of vitamin A rather than vitamin D...20 ng per ml is the lower limit for vitamin D levels..In your case vitamin D deficiency is unlikely to cause dry eyes unless you have some gastrointestinal disease which might cause deficiency of both vitamin A and D...
