Dry dark patch around lip
Hi. I am 23 years old and I have been using a medicated ointment for acne problem which in turn made my skin dry. And being winter it even worsened and skin around my lips have become extra dry. With in a week or so I realised it left dark visible patches around my mouth and below the lips which is very annoying. And being on the fairer side of the patches are even more visible. I am currently using fluticasone cream on the dark patches. Is there any way to get rid of the patches. Thank you in advance.

Dear user, kindly specify medicated ointment you are using for acne. Stop using fluticasone on your face on your own without advice of dermatologist as it may further aggravate your problems.
Next Steps
Consult a dermatologist near you

Avoid self medication with topical corticosteroid on your face
