Dry coughing is major problem
Please advise on dry coughing issue. When it comes then come alot. Having syrup kashamrith but not working

Dry cough could be due to reflux/allergy. Get yourself examined by an ENT. Nasolaryngoscopy would be helpful. After that appropriate treatment can be initiated. You may need to see other speciality like pulmonologist/gastroenterologist if required.

Hi. There are multiple reasons for dry cough. Most common being allergy to dust . Pls consult in person for proper treatment. And pls do not self medicate . It's not safe.

A persistent dry cough can be caused from a upper respiratory infection, laryngitis or bronchitis. Other common causes for a dry throat cough include Laryngopharyngeal reflux, asthma, smoking, or viral throat infection. Viral pneumonia and COPD are less common causes of dry cough.

Steam inhalation with Karvol plus PPI to prevent reflux gastritis levosalbutamol cough syrup and Foracort inhaler are helpful

It must be due to due to some allergy or laryngeal irritation due to reflux. For a proper diagnosis and treatment u need to consult thoroughly online or physically. Meanwhile use foracort 200 ug rotacaps via rotahaler twice a day
