  4. Dry cough. Quantity , kindly suggest!

My 4.5years old son is suffering from dry  cough since yesterday which medicine should i give and in what quantity ,kindly suggest!

If there is no fever and no breathing difficulty u can give him Ascoril D syp 2.5 ml twice a day
