Hi my baby boy is 3years age and weighing 11kg. He is having dry cough with cold sneezing. No fever. Please suggest the medicine for 3 year baby boy.

Give syrup Sinarest AF 2.5ml twice a day and syrup Prospan 5ml thrice a day for 3 days. Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey, soup, avoid milk and milk products, add haldi in food or if giving milk.
