Dry cough, chest tightedn
My friend is suffering from dry cough which keeps coming back. She feels breathless even climbing 2 floors, exercise or walking for 10 mins. She is often waken up by choking nighttime cough and also experience chest tightedness. She also feels voice hoarseness and headache, fatigue after coughing. Not sure if its related, she also feels pain in her right thigh and knee at times.

Hello....... It could be asthma causing symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath and/or chest tightness.For many asthma sufferers, timing of these symptoms is closely related to physical activity. And, some otherwise healthy people can develop asthma symptoms only when exercising. This is called exercise-induced bronchoconstriction .consult doctor. Repeat cough causes headache.
