Dear sir My sister having since 5 days started with sneezing . And today she having little dry cough also canbu advice me any tablet pls. She dont have anu fever .. Can i use cetrizine 10mg for both

Mostly it's an upper respiratory infection. Do  steam inhalation with vapocapps ,three times daily. Salt water gargling three times daily. Avoid cold fud or drinks. Try for 3days
