It's look like you have a viral flu.Please take enough of fluids to avoid dehydration .Antibiotic induced diarrhoea are  common with azithromycin.please consult your doctor to change your antibiotics.

U r loose motions could be a side effect of the antibiotic u took. Just stop the antibiotic. Cough will take its own time to subside.
