My wife is a pregnant of 34 weeks and is suffering from dry cough. Please suggest for a perfect solution

Dry cough may be due to upper respiratory infection....investigation: CBC
Next Steps
treatment: ammoxy 500 mg thrice a day..... cetrizine once a day.... saline water gargle thrice a day...
