Dry and scales patches in brown and blac

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I've been suffering with ecgima since I'm 14 now I'm 27 years old. I've dark brown and black mixed, dry and thick patches below knee to till ankle. When in first encountered it doctor said it was due mosquito bite allergy and now also itching increases when mosquito bites there. If apply some moisturizer then I could reduce the itching sensation. On using soap there for long term the condition would be even worse. In winter the condition would be difficult due to dryness.
