Dryness and brown patches itchy on face
I'm 21 years old 1 year back in winter I got a feel of small dried skin patch on face it's go on increasing day by day ,my big mistake is I used zalim lotion to get rid of it but the problem I got after was, my skin become dried, brown patches with itching and acne. for 1 month I used cosmolite cream I felt better but when I stopped using that cream again same problem.please please help me with it please.self medication is always bad...

Stop using cosmelite its not good. It contains a potent steroid which can make your facial skin thin and red. Do you have problem of dandruff. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
