Dry and dandruff prone hair
My hair is becoming too dry and it's dandruff prone. I am using only coconut oil and use basic clinic plus shampoo. Due to dryness my hair has started to fall. It also has started to turn grey. I am a freelance professional so i don't have to travel. I have heard i should take omega 3 capsule it reduces premature aging. It also help in improving hair health and reduce dandruff. Is it true. I don't want to go for costly shampoos and serums. Also please note we are trying for a baby. Please help me.
