Dry & itchy skin around

Question

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Since last 15-20 days the skin around my lips has turned red with small blemishes and the skin started getting dry and itchy... Although I was taking sufficient water and tried to moisture my facial skin but nothing is working out..It started getting back in normal state but again went back to the same condition since last 2 days.. now along with skin around my lips almost all my facial skin has started becoming dry.. please help
