Dry air causing psychological problems
I moved to France 4 years back from Mumbai. Since last 2 years, I am having trouble coping with the artificial heat. Whenever winter arrives, heating system in apartment is turned on. Same happens in buses and trains as outside temperatures are 0. But whenever I enter in such artificial heat places, I start feeling pressure on my mouth, cheeks in 15 mins. Nose starts itching, but worst of all, it feels like I am going crazy. Also friends pointed out, I space out and do some weird movement with my mouth. This mouth movement is happening without me realising and causing me great distress as people are actually giving me strange looks for it. Also my OCD gets really worse. I have to take setralin to feel normal again and then I feel no pressure on mouth. I know this sounds psychological, I also thought the same initially but it is not, as this year I experienced all these without realising heating was on. I don't suffer these in summer as heating is off.

Avoid artificial heart of possible, your symptoms may also be due to Anxiety. Will need further details about the abnormal movements to know exactly what is it due to. If sertralin has given you relief, consult a local doctor and continue taking it. As far as your OCD is concerned consult a psychiatrist.
