I was getting treated for alopecia where in the doctor injected something in the forehead post which something or the other happens so the hands were also bad but it's just become a lot worst now .... for skin leisions was using desonide that's better for hands it is momate lotion

Injection for alopecia will not cause this. It seems to be irritant contact dermatitis. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
