How to treat drug allergy rash?

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Recently when I went for my regular body check-up, I have been told to get some blood tests done. My reports says I have lower levels of vitamin D, calcium and high levels of uric acid. I have been prescribed some medicines for this. I started the course but I got some kind of rash all over my body due to allergy to any of these medicines. How do I treat this drug allergy rash?
