Can I take iron and calcium tablets asking with paracetamol and augmentin 625. I am taking iron before lunch and calcium after dinner. Can I take paracetamol and augmentin 625 after lunch and dinner.

If you are having infection+ fever, you can take paracetamol & augmentin as prescribed by your physician. If you take supplements like Iron tablets along with above drugs, you may have nause/ vommiting with other gastric issues.( Oral Iron can easily cause nausea, esp in empty stomach & gastritis in some people).

U can take calcium in after noon. Take antibiotics in morning and evening.  Why are u taking iron? Are u planning for pregnancy or are u presently carrying? Iron can be taken at night .

Preferably no, to minimize drug interactions. Yes you can take para and aug twice daily after half an hour of meals with warm water
