Dear you, Your body is in state of fight flight freeze mode. It's a reactions when your mind feels fear . It gets transfer to body. Learn to regulate the emotions. For starter. Like right now. Get up . Push yourself. Drink cold water and touch your lips on glass. Then take cold water bath. Tomo morning stand in sun for 5 minutes. Repeat this for 1 month. The symtoms will reduce. But for now. Get up stop googling. Cold water bath and drink and eat something. Don't run behind why it's happening. Let it calm down then work on why.
