Drinking plenty of water
Am drinking 5 to 6 litres of water every day.. Can't control this.. Is it overburden & harmful to kidneys?

Hello.. No nothing like tht...only if you have chronic kidney failure you will have restriction....do not worry...its not overburden..it will help you.. There is nothing like controlling...please meet a physician if you have further doubts... thank you

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... It's not harmful until and unless you have some underlying kidney disease...3 to 4 lts would be sufficient no need to drink 5 to 6 lts...if you can't control it it's better to get clinically examined by physician with detailed history... Regards.
