Drinking milk
I want to know if its ok for a person above 60 to drink milk. Can they absorb its nutrition? ( lacyose tolerant)

Hi there...I can understand your concern. It is safe for people above 60 years to drink milk. 1 or 2 glasses per day can be given safely. Infact milk is very rich in calcium, which is important for maintainence of the bone density. However if there's any reaction to drinking milk, then kindly consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
