I want to know if its ok for a person above 60 to drink milk. Can they absorb its nutrition? ( lacyose tolerant)

Hi there...I can understand your concern. It is safe for people above 60 years to drink milk. 1 or 2 glasses per day can be given safely. Infact milk is very rich in calcium, which is important for maintainence of the bone density.
