Can i eat(or) drink curd with sugar after eating idle in the morning...??? can i eat(or) drink it...?? our body will observe it or not..??? is it will cause any digestive problems...??? or it may cause any..??

curd is heavy to digest. idle is also fermanted product so avoid having both together. you should avoid curd after dinner. some times after lunch you can have. you can have curd with sugar.

Curd is not drinking food product...It should be taken with sugar or aamla ras or saindhav salt or honey or munga dal yush only....After eating of idli curd is not suitable for body..It is mahabhishyandi food products which creates lots of problems if taken regularly...Take online consultation directly for correct way of taking curd it's properties it's effects on body good or bad...
