Drinking before conceiving
I have a doubt . Today we are having our anniversary and we plan on having a party . Today is my period day too .. if I drink today and plan to conceive this cycle , will it affect my baby ?

Ideally you should stop drinking /smoking from 4-6 months before planning. Please get proper pre pregnancy counseling before planning baby.

due to alcohol effect the fetus can have birth defects also..in future if you want to conceive avoid alcohol and smoking
