Iam in a relationship for 4yrs the guy whom am in relationship is not ready to be wit me anymore stating he is got a problem with his carrier. Wants me to move on. Am really attached to him that am not finding a way to move on.. Feeling left out.. Literally feeling hopeless. Can't approach my parents nor I have any friend whom I share my sorrows.

Do consult a Psychologist in the city u live in, as you do not have anybody to discuss and share all these private matters with.

Hi sorry for the delayed response..I can understand your situation at this point of time.you are going through a tough time.There will be agony of losing someone whom we think we love the most.You will also have to think practically at times in life and take a decision.try to understand from his perspective.I also advise you to see If you feeling low, hopeless helpless ,loss of interest as these are signs of depression.
But some amount of sadness and loneliness is normal to feel at this time. It will some time to adapt to the changes,to start doing things alone,going out alone. once you start doing all these things alone and with family and friends you will start enjoying gradually.
Next Steps
Start engaging in your hobbies
Spend time with friends and family
When you remember the past let it come..just try to live with it..Don't brood over it
concentrate on your career
