Hello, As the surgeon who has done the pcnl havent told u about the remaining stones, may be those stones may be so small that they may fall off gradually.. so be patient and consult the surgeon regarding this issue during stent removal..
Next Steps
Wait till stent removal and review during that time with ur surgeon and discuss..
