Your symptoms can be because of antibiotic induced  neuropathy. You can start Tab Pregaba- M 75 at night for 1 month. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Keep your leg elevated at night while sleeping ( put pillows under the leg) Dip you leg in cold water for 30 min will help in reducing the sump. Apply diclofenac gel or spray will also help in reducing the symptomatic. Have healthy diet. Add milk and milk products to your diet. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking.
