aids is very much a disease. In what instance are saying that you drank someone's blood? I do not understand the question. You can get hiv by drinking if your mouth has ulcers through which the virus can get in. You can get other diseases if you use a syringe used already like hep b/ c etc... that depends if the ladies have and disease
