Hiv combo test non reactive after 1.4 yr

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have done Hiv combo test after 1.4 yr its non reactive do I consider it conclusiv.My mind is going out of control,please help me to out..In this 1.4 duration I have done this test almost every 2-3 months and it was non reactive... ... ... ... Please suggest
