Double marker triple and quadruple markr
My double marker test was done in 13th week of my pregnancy which was followed by amniocentesis karyotyping and results where found fair. I want to know is it important to go for triple and quadruple marker examination even after the karyotyping was done please suggest.

If amniocentesis was normal,u may not need it if TIFFA scan is normal

Quad test to find potential developmental problems within the baby's brain, spinal cord and neural tissues which may not necessarily be chromosomal. So u can go for it.

You can do it ,because one component of it is related  to  structural abnormality detection.
