My double marker test was done in 13th week of my pregnancy which was followed by amniocentesis karyotyping and results where found fair.
I want to know is it important to go for triple and quadruple marker examination even after the karyotyping was done please suggest.

Quad test to find potential developmental problems within the baby's brain, spinal cord and neural tissues which may not necessarily be chromosomal.
So u can go for it.
