Double marker test
My wife is 33 years old. This is our first child. There were some abnormalities in NT scan. So doctor asked to take double marker test. I've attached both results. Is it normal? What should we do next?

NTSCAN   done  little  late  it  seems can go  with   early   tiffa  at  16 to 18  weeks

Actually nt scan is pretty elevated and even the double marker report is high risk for anomalies
