I have done a IUI last month it's failed this month we are thinking to go for double IUI.does double IUI increases the chances of conception.after how many hours of trigger double IUI is done?

Double IUI is usually recommended in male sub fertility.
First IUI is done at 18-24 hrs and second at 34-36 hrs after trigger.
