U can consult a plastic surgeon if you are not over weight and have only double chin.. If ur overweight lifestyle modification and gradual weight loss is preferred.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Are you overall overweight or just the double chin is appearing? There are two options available to you, either you can do exercise daily and maintain a proper diet to burn fat that way.
