Hi doc. My daughter is 1 year 9 month old. she is not eating anything since last 15-20 days approx. Only bottle milk drink and very few food in comparison to earlier days. She even eating too much wall flaking and concrete mixture after making hole in wall. Dispensary Doctor give albendazole syrup ( image attached) but does not specify dose. Pls suggest what is the problem to baby and dose of syrup ( image attached)?

Syp Albendazole 5ml give once at night and another 5ml after 2 weeks.
Eating wall flaking might be a symptom of anemia. You might need to check he hemoglobin once. Could be because of iron deficiency anemia.
Also reduce milk intake gradually which will allow her to have other food preferences.
She needs proper evaluation. Kindly get her checked by a pediatrician, rather than giving her medicines randomly. It may be teething problem, it may be something more serious. Image is taking too long to load, but usually the strength is 200mg/5ml and you have to give her 5 ml now and 5 ml after 14 days.
